The Role
We're looking for a creative, confident and enthusiastic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll become the face of our brand across social media while producing professional-quality product videos that help customers understand and buy our products.
Working closely with our in-house photographer and content team, you'll plan, film, edit and publish engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, eBay Live and other platforms. You'll also create polished product videos that enhance our online listings and help drive sales.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional, engaging and accurate product videos for our online listings.
- Plan, film and edit promotional, demonstration and instructional videos showcasing our products.
- Present confidently on camera, demonstrating product features and benefits.
- Produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.
- Host or create content for TikTok Live and eBay Live product demonstrations.
- Work closely with our in-house photographer and content team to create high-quality visual content.
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Help ensure product information and media are accurate across all online sales channels.
- Monitor the performance of social media content and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritise workloads to maximise business impact.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the business.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Confident and natural presenting in front of the camera.
- Previous experience creating content for business social media accounts.
- Strong video filming and editing skills with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
- Excellent understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Creative eye for storytelling, product presentation and visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Desirable
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- E-commerce or online retail.
- TikTok Shop or TikTok Live.
- eBay Live.
- Product photography.
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- SEO for e-commerce listings.

You'll be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, have a strong understanding of social media trends, and know how to turn everyday products into engaging videos that drive views, clicks and sales.
