***Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months***

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the creation, delivery and management of campaigns and communications plans across the UK and international markets.
Assist with creative direction.
AI literate, with working knowledge of suitable packages.
Collaborate on the long-term plan for the development of the brand, and equity growth.
Responsible for the timelines and deadlines of tasks and projects across the Design Studio team.
Use structured processes and prioritisation of workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
Report performance on targets and KPIs.
Train the Graphic Designers and Artworkers on standards for professionalism, best-practice, and continual improvement.
Maintain custom CRM system.
Follow standards for professionalism, best-practice, and continual improvement.
Work interdepartmentally to champion brands, categories and customer experience excellence.
Complete Graphic Design, Artwork and Motion Graphic tasks as and when required for operational needs.

ROLE REQUIREMENT:

A bachelor’s degree in graphic design (preferable)
At least 3 year’s design studio experience in a management role
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite, Blendr, Maxon, Cinema 4D etc.
An AI advocate
Understanding of branding and the gamut of marketing activity required for equity and sales success
Creative aptitude
Leadership and people skills.
Good communication skills; good spelling and grammar

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
