Master Technician – Hyundai, Oxford

£39,000 – £45,000 Basic, £55,000+ OTE, Uncapped Bonus, Paid Overtime

£125 uplift per month for MOT qualified Technicians

Looking for a workshop where you can earn well, stay busy, and be recognised for your work?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Master Technician to join our team at our Hyundai dealership in Oxford.

£39,000 – £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience & accreditation)
Uncapped bonus scheme – realistic £55,000+ OTE

The role

Leading diagnostics and fault-finding across a wide range of vehicles
Carrying out high-level repairs and technical work to manufacturer standards
Working closely with the Workshop Controller to maintain efficiency and productivity
Ensuring accurate and thorough job card completion and reporting
Supporting quality control and maintaining high workshop standards
Carrying out vehicle health checks (EVHC) and identifying additional work

What we’re looking for

Master Technician status or equivalent high-level accreditation
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Proven experience in advanced diagnostics and complex repair work
MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
Strong leadership or mentoring capability
High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume workshop
Full UK driving licence
