Full job description

We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Property Manager/Inventory clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chichester. This role has a salary from £29,000-£35,000 pa depending on experience.

The Role

You will attend residential properties to carry out:

Inventories
Check-outs
Mid-term property inspections
Smoke & CO alarm checks
Arrange maintenance from mid-term inspections.
Deposit Returns administration

Using our specialist reporting software, you will produce clear, structured and detailed reports that stand up to deposit disputes and compliance scrutiny.

Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to inventory management.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Full & Clean Driving Licence

Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK
Full, clean UK driving licence
Own vehicle
Smartphone
Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 & one in every four Saturdays 9:00-14:00.
