Senior Sales Negotiator

Bognor Regis | Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

Realistic OTE: £40,000 - £50,000 (Uncapped Commission)

The Role

This is a customer-facing, sales-focused position where your time is spent creating opportunities and delivering results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Attending accompanied viewings.
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
Handling buyer and seller enquiries.
Registering and qualifying applicants.
Matching buyers to suitable properties.
Providing regular vendor updates throughout the sales process.
Following up every enquiry and maximising every opportunity.
Prospecting for new business through canvassing, cold calling and door knocking.
Building relationships within the local community.
Identifying opportunities for market appraisals and passing these to our valuation team.
Generating referrals for mortgages, conveyancing and our trusted strategic partners.
Appearing in property videos and helping create engaging social media content.
Working towards individual and office targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous estate agency experience.
Is a confident and accomplished salesperson.
Has a proven track record of generating new business.
Enjoys prospecting and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
Thrives on achieving targets and delivering results.
Builds strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Is enthusiastic, professional and highly motivated.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Is happy to get involved with social media and video marketing.
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
