Full job description

We are a local leading independent firm of Estate and Letting Agents and are looking for a part time Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our office in Bude, North Cornwall.

We are well known for our dedication to our staff and clients and always strive to exceed expectations through service.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

· Ensuring legislation is rolled out and compliance is up to date

· Valuation appraisals

· Continue the growth and development of the Sales & Lettings Department

· Conducting administrative tasks involved in the running of the letting business, which briefly include registering new prospective tenants/landlords, booking appointments, tenant referencing, production of tenancy agreements, checking legally required documentation and related contractual paperwork

· Utilisation of IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity within the office

· Dealing with all aspects of property management which could include repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins / check outs, inspections, etc.

· Support to the Sales team including conducting viewings dealing with offers and clients etc.

The Ideal Candidate

· Well-presented with professional communication skills

· Sales & Lettings experience would be preferable but not necessary.

· Organised with a good attention to detail

· Knowledge of the current lettings legislation

· Honest and trustworthy

· Clean driving licence

· Dedicated to delivering first class customer service

· Willingness to go the extra mile

Job Types: Part-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday 9am - 5:30pm, Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9 - 4pm
