About the role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant for our busy Academies receptions.

You will be required to undertake First Aid training within the first 3 months of employment.

About you

The successful candidate will:

be an experienced Receptionist or administration assistant.
be highly professional with excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact with all external visitors, parent/carers and students.
have very good organisational and administrative skills and the ability to maintain thorough and accurate records.

be proactive and solution focused.
