We now have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Department.

As a Commis Chef you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the hotel.
To work as directed on appropriate section and directed by Chef de Partie.
To make sure all food is prepared to the correct standard and in conjunction with use charts
To ensure good food quality and correct quantity.
To make sure all food items are sent to the correct area on time.
Flexibility to respond and satisfy a variety of guest situations
