ABOUT US: Study Plus is a company based in East and West Reading. We pride ourselves in providing a personal and fun approach to educational support in English, Mathematics, Science, and Eleven Plus. Run by our dedicated team of subject specialist tutors, we help to build confident and independent learners who achieve academic success.

Working as part of a fast-growing company, your role would be the Front of House/Receptionist of our tuition centre in Reading.

Responsibilities will include:

· Meeting and greeting students and parents.

· Answering front desk enquiries – telephone, emails and walk ins.

· Admin tasks – printing and logging attendance, updating student test results.

· Ensure effective management of the centre’s tutors and daily operations.

· Collecting payments and updating student records.

· Covering tutoring sessions.

· Sales – booking Initial Assessments and conducting post assessments/consultations.

The ideal candidate will be:

· Well presented, reliable and good communicator.

· Personable, professional and confident – able to build, develop and maintain relationships quickly.

· Receptive to feedback with a positive attitude.

· Consistently hard-working and driven.

· Highly organised and punctual

· Works well under pressure.

· Self-motivated and able to use initiative and share fresh ideas with management.

· Working independently as well as with the rest of our incredible team.

· Having a keen interest in education and children’s academic development.

Salary: £11.50 - £13.50 (Experience Dependent)

Hours: Weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 9:30am – 5:30pm)

Pay: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
