IT Valley (London) Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ServiceNow Administrator to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitor overall platform health and ensure system availability across development, test, and production environments.

· Plan and coordinate ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and instance cloning activities.

· Manage update sets, release deployments, and configuration migrations between environments.

· Perform platform performance analysis and recommend optimization improvements.

· Maintain CMDB data quality and support configuration item lifecycle management.

· Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to implement enhancement requests.

· Support integration activities with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and platform administration guides.

· Participate in system audits and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.

· Provide platform administration support, root cause analysis, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Skills & Experience

· Experience managing ServiceNow platform administration across multiple environments.

· Knowledge of platform upgrades, instance cloning, update set management, and release deployments.

· Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server configuration.

· Understanding of CMDB administration, data quality management, and asset lifecycle concepts.

· Experience monitoring platform performance, system health, and troubleshooting complex issues.

· Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow platform governance.

· Ability to prepare technical documentation, release documentation, and operational procedures.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or related certification is preferred.

Pay: £40,000.00-£52,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Egham TW20 8HE
