Job Purpose
To provide high quality Technical Training to the Dealer network and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver fundamental technical training to dealer apprentices at Basildon Training Centre, colleges and dealer locations.
To prepare courses and set up the classroom and workshop facilities.
To complete all paperwork associated with running a course in a timely and proficient manner.
To update courses and liaise with the training manager on the content.
To prepare training exercises in order to develop practical skills.
To be responsible for health and safety and the general conduct of technicians whilst they are on training courses.
To report any relevant information regarding product or dealer business issues to the training manager.
To be able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
To identify any opportunities that may arise to offer training to the dealer network.
Be the day-to-day contact for our apprentice training partners.
Experience Required
Ability to learn technical topics.
Sound technical understanding of hydraulics, electrics, engines and powertrains
Knowledge of CNH products an advantage.
Knowledge of agricultural or similar industries.
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Clear speaking voice and good diction.
People skills and ability to motivate.
Inquisitive personality.
Willing to travel.
Passion for transferring the knowledge to the younger generation.
