Full job description

At M3 Media, we partner with luxury, lifestyle, and sport brands to create bold, high-impact campaigns that cut through the noise. Our clients include world-class names in horse racing, equestrian, and premium consumer brands - and we're growing fast.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Videographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of videography principles along with a strong creative eye and a passion for visual storytelling. You should be eager to learn, open to developing your technical skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

While prior experience is beneficial, it is not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you grow and refine your craft. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in video production and develop their skills within a supportive and creative team.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative ideas and concepts for digital campaigns and social media platforms
Produce high-quality content in an efficient manner
Collaborate with the Social Media Team to ensure that all digital content aligns with the brand's overall message and tone
Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality of our digital content.

Requirements:

Skilled in using high-end cameras, drones, and other filming equipment (further training will be provided)
Experience with editing software (preferably Adobe creative cloud, but further training can be provided)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of content optimisation, video formats for varying platforms.
A drivers license and car.
Ability to travel world-wide.
