Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a multilingual customer service team to achieve high performance standards

Qualifications

Proven management and supervising experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Multilingual capabilities that support serving a broad customer base effectively
Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights
