Here at MLR Garden Services, we are seeking a grounds and garden maintenance operative, to join our team.
The successful candidate should have the following:

- honest and hard working
- Great communication skills
As a gardener you will be responsible for the soft landscaping and maintenance of both commercial and residential properties.
Your main duties would include,
- grass cutting,
- strimming,
- hedge and shrub trimming,
- litter picking
- planting.
Operate hand tools, such as rakes, shovels, spades, secateurs.
Safely operate power tools, such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, strimmer.
Just so you know, this role is physically demanding and we work outdoors in all weathers.
You will need to be physically fit to complete manual labour tasks Five days a week.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Penarth CF64 3PH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Professional Gardening: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
