Full job description

Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a new, exciting and rewarding job within an excellent working environment?

As a Receptionist, your main responsibility will be ensuring that our guests are looked after from the time they contact us regarding a reservation, upon arrival and also upon departure. Excellent communication skills together with being computer literate, and being able to 'sell' the Hotel, The Mews Beauty Rooms and all that we have offer.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our award winning medieval hotel. We pride ourselves in consistently providing top class customer service to our customers and guests.

Confidence working with Excel Spreadsheets and Word Documents required

Full training will be given but experience in sales and hospitality would be favourable.

Hours of work
4 days per week working a 7-day rota. Shifts are 7am to 2.30pm, and 2pm to 9pm. You must be flexible in the days / shifts that you can work. You will be expected to work over the weekend and help with holiday cover where needed.
