The Role:
As a Nail Technician / Beauty Therapist, you’ll deliver a range of beauty and nail treatments to our valued clients while maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the salon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail extensions, and nail art.
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, tinting, and massages.
- Offer skincare and aftercare advice to clients.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation at all times.
- Deliver excellent customer service and help clients feel comfortable and confident.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Some salon experience preferred (minimum 1 year desirable).
- Strong knowledge of nail and beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required.
