We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Assistant to support our marketing team by capturing engaging photo and video content across one of the largest Clip 'n Climb Centres in the UK.
This is a casual, flexible role that is primarily event-based, with opportunities to capture additional content for promotions, coaching sessions and day-to-day activities when required. You’ll work closely with the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to create exciting content that showcases our community, events and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during events and activities.
- Film engaging vertical content suitable for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Follow content briefs and shot lists provided by the Marketing Coordinator.
- Capture the atmosphere of events, climbing action, customer experiences and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Identify creative content opportunities while maintaining our brand style.
- Organise and transfer content promptly after each session.
- Assist in creating a library of content for future marketing campaigns.
- Represent the climbing centre professionally while interacting with customers and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for creating engaging content.
- A good eye for photography and videography.
- Confidence using a smartphone or camera to capture quality content.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- A friendly, approachable personality.
- Reliability and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media or marketing is desirable but not essential
Hours & Availability
This is a casual, flexible position with hours varying depending on the centre’s activities and marketing requirements.
Work will primarily take place during:
- School holiday (including October half term, Christmas term, February half term, Easter and Summer Holidays).
- Occasional weekday sessions, promotional activities and other marketing campaigns
- Must be flexible to work weekends.
