Job Summary

Griddle
8 hour shifts - fixed 10 am-6pm, Wednesday to Sunday
Prepare, cook, and present a diverse range of dishes in accordance with menu including Brunch, Burgers, English Breakfast, Omelette, Baked Potato
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including proper handling of food and kitchen equipment.

Experience Required.

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking
New business must hit the floor running in a busy Kitchen as main chef.
Able to instruct kitchen assistants and trainees.
Skilled in culinary techniques for Fryer and Griddle and food safety regulations.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well within a team.

Pay: £12.75 per hour
