Marketing Executive, Reflex Nutrition - 12 months Maternity Cover
Job Purpose and Role Overview
This is a hands-on Marketing Executive role with immediate ownership and responsibility, playing a key role in delivering Reflex Nutrition’s brand repositioning into market.
You will support the execution of brand plans and take ownership of key channels, ensuring the new positioning is consistently and effectively brought to life across affiliate, influencer, social content and brand activations.
The role requires someone who can step in quickly, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality execution with clear commercial impact.
Key Accountabilities, Priorities and Opportunities
Brand Plan & Repositioning Execution
- Support the delivery of brand and campaign plans, ensuring all activity is executed on time, on brief and to a high standard.
- Play a key role in bringing the new brand positioning to life across all marketing channels.
Affiliate & Influencer Management (Day-to-Day Lead)
- Manage the day-to-day running of the PT affiliate programme, including onboarding, activation and performance tracking.
- Support the identification and management of influencers and brand partners aligned to the new positioning.
- Ensure all creators and partners deliver on-brand, commercially effective content.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimise, scale and improve ROI.
Social & Content Delivery
- Execute the organic social content plan across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output.
- Work with internal teams, agencies and creators to deliver engaging, on-brand content.
- Write clear, accurate and persuasive copy across social, campaigns and product messaging.
- Ensure all content reflects the updated brand positioning and supports commercial objectives.
New Product Development (NPD) Activation
- Support the launch of new products by coordinating the assets and execution across all relevant touchpoints including D2C, Amazon and wider channels.
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including content, partnerships and existing product development.
- Own timelines, briefs and coordination of deliverables.
- Work closely with internal Brand, Ecommerce and Creative teams, to ensure seamless execution.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Track performance across affiliate, influencer, content and campaign activity.
- Report on key metrics with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and commercial impact.
