If so, you could be the perfect fit for our Adult Learning Data Coordinator role in the Employment and Skills Team at East Sussex County Council.
As Data Coordinator, you will play a central role in maintaining high standards of data quality across Adult Learning programmes. You will support the preparation, validation and submission of learner and programme data, ensuring information is accurate, complete and compliant. Through reporting, analysis and forecasting, you will support performance monitoring and informed decision-making, while identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with colleagues and delivery partners, you will support audit and assurance activities and provide line management and support to the Adult Learning Data Officer.
This role is a one-year fixed term contract with the potential for extension, subject to funding.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience of working in a data-focussed role involving reporting, data quality and performance monitoring
- Can analyse and interpret data to produce accurate information that supports decision-making
- Have strong organisational skills and can manage a varied workload to meet deadlines
Can communicate complex information clearly and build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
