Salary: £26,677 Plus additional Payment for participation in the out-of-hours emergency on call service of up to £8000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Specific Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - with participation in out-of-hours on-call rota

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota, including evenings and weekends
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it)
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting others
What You'll do:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, safety and effectiveness of our care services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial assessments and completing all relevant documentation
- Creating and updating person-centred care plans using our care management system
- Supporting the safe management of service users' medication
- Carrying out regular service user reviews and reporting any changes in needs
- Liaising with families, Social Workers, healthcare professionals and support networks
- Updating risk assessments following changes in circumstances or hospital discharges
- Supporting safeguarding investigations and complaint management
- Shadowing, mentoring and supporting new care staff
- Conducting spot checks and competency observations
- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to care teams
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements
- Promoting best practice and leading by example at all times
