Our Property team is based in Paulton (near Bath/Bristol) and provides support to our 60+ bakeries across the country. This exciting role is an addition to the team, to strengthen the support for our growing business. About the role:
Cornish Bakery is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced administrator who can co-ordinate projects and other works to aid the smooth running of the Property function.
As a highly organised person you will be confident in dealing with stakeholders across the business, enjoy a challenge and like using your initiative. You’ll be confident in challenging the norm, whilst producing accurate and timely information; striving to embed a positive, engaging and high-performing workplace culture through aligning all our practices and procedures with our purpose and values.
As Property Co-ordinator your key responsibilities will be to:
- To support the Property team with the set up and smooth execution of all property projects, in addition to supporting the administrative function of the property team.
- Support the creation and roll out of projects for the property function
- Managing the critical path of each project and updating stakeholders on progress
- Close out all projects with a review of the process, costs and output
- Analyse and report on aspects of the property records
- Create and maintain a list of contractors and service providers ensuring they are compliant with any necessary policies and / or legislation
- Monitor and report on the performance of contractors and service providers.
- Oversee all scheduled and planned maintenance and compliance for premises, equipment and Health & Safety compliance

- Good analytical skills
- Able to multi- task and effectively manage competing priorities
- The confidence to support multiple senior managers
- Fully proficient in using Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
