Job Summary

We are expanding!! Due to incredibly busy teams, we have an opportunity to join our busy team at Reflections Kingswood.

As a Stylist, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, creating everything from classic to avant garde.

To excel in this role you will :

Have in-salon experience of cutting hair for a minimum of 3 years (not suitable for unexperienced Stylists/Apprentices ).
Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Be able to create bespoke cuts and styles suited to a diverse range of clients.
Be personable and able to build a rapport with clients for long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships.
Enjoy assisting with the day to day running of a successful salon.

Responsibilities

Carry out hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to meet client needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
Assist in salon management tasks including stock inventory.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost sales.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
