Full job description

This isn't your typical marketing job.

At LUV Infinity Group, we're looking for an exceptional Videographer & Graphic Designer to become the creative force behind the content seen by hundreds of thousands of people across our brands.

From packed nightclub dancefloors and live entertainment to incredible cocktails, food launches and unforgettable customer experiences, you'll be responsible for capturing the energy of our venues and transforming it into high-impact promotional content.

If you've been on a night out in Bristol, Swansea or Plymouth, there's a good chance you've visited one of our venues. Our brands include OMG, Dorothy's, Dorothy's Diner, Out Out Ibiza and more and we're only getting bigger.

Videography is the heart of this role. Graphic design is equally important, helping bring campaigns together with professional artwork and promotional materials, but your camera should be where you're happiest.

This is not a social media management role. You won't be writing captions or scheduling posts you'll be creating the incredible visual content our marketing team uses to promote our venues.

Because we're in hospitality, this isn't a standard Monday to Friday, 9-5 position. The best moments happen when our venues come alive, so you'll regularly work evenings, weekends and late-night trading hours to capture the atmosphere that makes our brands stand out.

What You'll Be Doing

Capture cinematic video and professional photography across our bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
Film live events, DJs, performers, cocktails, food, venue interiors and genuine customer experiences.
Produce exciting promotional videos, commercials, Instagram Reels, TikToks and other short-form content.
Design graphics for digital campaigns, printed materials and venue promotions.
Edit professional video using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software.
Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance editing, improve workflows and push creative boundaries.
Travel between our venues to capture fresh content throughout the week.
Operate professional cameras, lighting, gimbals, microphones and other production equipment.
Build and maintain a high-quality content library for future campaigns.
Collaborate with our Marketing and Business Development teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
Stay ahead of the latest filming techniques, editing trends and AI creative technology.

What We're Looking For

Outstanding commercial videography skills with a strong showreel or portfolio.
Professional graphic design experience.
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects preferred).
Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, movement, audio and visual storytelling.
Experience creating promotional videos, advertisements and branded content.
Confidence working independently on location and managing multiple projects.
Experience using AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway and ChatGPT.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll regularly travel between our venues.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late-night venue trading hours when required.
