Strong experience managing multiple concurrent product and service delivery projects, balancing priorities and resources effectively in fast-paced environments.
A proven ability to identify, assess and proactively manage project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Excellent skills in identifying and understanding customer requirements from both operational and technical perspectives, translating these into comprehensive project plans that ensure successful delivery.
A strong commitment to adhering to and improving structured project management processes to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality in delivery.
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and implementing solutions to enhance delivery processes.
Hands-on experience in leading and implementing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
Experience delivering regular executive summaries and project updates to provide transparency and maintain stakeholder confidence.
High levels of adaptability and resilience, you're able to overcome obstacles and keep projects moving forward.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level management and external partners.
Advanced certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or Professional Scrum Master, alongside Agile expertise and experience.
Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, balancing customer, partner and internal priorities.
Strong proficiency with the Google Workspace suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides).
What you'll do
Plan and execute projects in accordance with the client's specifications, contract terms, schedules, management methodology and quality procedures.
Provide accurate stock forecasts and early visibility into potential risks and delays to the programme from third parties, suppliers and subcontractors.
Support the PMO in achieving compliance with client requirements and meeting the project's operational and business objectives.
Develop and manage plans and deliverable schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
Maintain project risk registers and recommend/implement mitigating actions.
Manage a schedule to monitor progress and make adjustments based on key dates and KPIs.
Ensure correct commercial agreements are established, review quotations against customer purchase orders for consistency and work closely with finance and operations teams to confirm customer credit approval and support timely invoicing.
Conduct review meetings with stakeholders and task owners to track outputs and actions, utilising the project action register.
Proactively collect and analyse customer feedback (CSAT/NPS) to maintain positive client relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and drive meaningful changes that enhance customer experience, delivery quality and overall business performance.
Drive continuous improvement across the project management function by leveraging delivery data, customer feedback and operational insights to identify opportunities, determine root causes and implement corrective actions and strategic initiatives that enhance project delivery, customer satisfaction and business performance.
What does success look like?
Customer implementation projects and internal strategic projects are delivered on time, within scope, right first time and to a consistently high standard.
Deliver projects on schedule, meeting all contractual terms, quality standards and performance expectations.
