We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Requirement:

Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services, restoring productivity quickly and minimizing operational downtime.

Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and basic connectivity issues to maintain stable day-to-day operations across site-critical environments.

Support device lifecycle management (build, deploy, maintain, replace) to ensure users have reliable, ready-to-use technology.

Execute site changes and deployments in line with defined processes, standards, and risk controls.

Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and high-quality ticketing in ITSM tools to support control, visibility, and continuous improvement.

Experience:

Hands-on IT support professional with proven experience restoring service quickly and effectively in operationally sensitive environments.

Customer-focused communicator who gives clear updates, builds trust quickly, and works effectively with end users, site leaders, and technical teams.

Structured troubleshooter capable of diagnosing L1/L2 endpoint, application, and connectivity issues

Process-driven operator with strong ITIL discipline and a consistent record of high-quality ticketing, documentation, and follow-through.

Reliable team player who takes ownership, collaborates well, and proactively builds technical capability across IT domains in a complex site environment
