About Seguro Technology
Seguro Technology is a growing IT, and cybersecurity business supporting organisations across the UK.
We provide a broad range of technology services including managed IT, Microsoft cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, AI, telecommunications and technology procurement.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing activity and help build a consistent pipeline of awareness, engagement and new business opportunities.
This is not a role where you will simply manage agencies. We are looking for someone who can develop the strategy, but is equally comfortable creating content, posting on LinkedIn, building campaigns and getting things done.
The role ...
You will take ownership of Seguro’s day-to-day marketing activity and work closely with the directors and sales team to develop and execute the wider marketing strategy.
The role will cover:
- Building and managing Seguro’s marketing plan
- Creating and scheduling LinkedIn and social media content
- Managing the Seguro company LinkedIn page
- Helping develop the directors’ personal LinkedIn presence
- Writing blogs, articles, case studies and customer success stories
- Creating email marketing campaigns
- Developing sector-specific campaigns
- Supporting outbound sales campaigns
- Developing marketing materials and sales collateral
- Managing website content and updates
- Improving SEO and organic website traffic
- Creating landing pages for campaigns
- Promoting customer events, networking events and webinars
- Developing vendor and partner marketing campaigns
- Coordinating joint campaigns with technology partners
- Helping promote new services and propositions
- Managing newsletters and customer communications
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results
- Helping build and maintain the marketing calendar
- Supporting the sales team with presentations, proposals and supporting content
- Identifying new marketing opportunities and channels
An important part of the role ...
We do not just want someone posting three times a week on LinkedIn.
The successful person will help us answer questions such as:
- Which sectors should Seguro target?
- Which services should we be promoting?
- What campaigns should we be running?
- What content will generate conversations with IT Directors and business owners?
- How do we turn our customer successes into stronger case studies?
- How should sales and marketing work together?
- Which technology partners can help fund campaigns?
- Which events should Seguro attend or host?
- What is generating genuine pipeline rather than just likes and impressions?
Initial priorities ...
During the first three to six months, I would expect them to focus on five areas.
Brand and content: establish a consistent content plan for Seguro and key people within the company.
Lead generation: create specific campaigns around services such as managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft, cloud and AI rather than generic company marketing.
Case studies: turn existing customer projects into proper stories that demonstrate what Seguro can deliver.
Partner marketing: work more closely with vendors such as Microsoft, Huntress and other strategic partners to create campaigns, events and potentially access marketing development funds.
Sales enablement: provide the sales team with better sector-specific messaging, collateral, email campaigns and content that supports active opportunities.
What we are looking for ...
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous B2B marketing experience
- Experience working within technology, IT, SaaS, telecoms or professional services
- Strong LinkedIn and social media experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience creating marketing campaigns
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Basic website/CMS knowledge
- Understanding of SEO
- Experience working alongside sales teams
- Ability to work independently
- Commercial mindset
- Confidence suggesting new ideas rather than waiting for instructions
Experience marketing technology or cybersecurity services would be a significant advantage.
Who the role would suit ...
This could be a good opportunity for:
- An experienced Marketing Manager looking for a better work-life balance
- Someone returning to work who wants school-hour flexibility
- A senior marketer looking for a genuine part-time role
- Someone who enjoys working within a growing SME where they can have a visible impact
We are very open to structuring the hours around the right person.
What success looks like ...
Within 12 months, we would want to see:
- Consistent Seguro and leadership content
- Stronger LinkedIn presence and engagement
- Regular customer case studies
- Structured sector-specific campaigns
- Increased website enquiries
- Better sales collateral
- More effective partner marketing
- Marketing-generated meetings and pipeline
- Clear reporting showing which activity is generating results
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
