Job Title: Quality Assurance & Production Coordinator
Position: Full time.
Salary: £30-£33k depending on experience.
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (40 paid hours/week with 30 min unpaid break per day)

Summary
As a Quality Assurance & Production Coordinator, you will work alongside the Quality / Production Manager ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our Quality Management System, work to the principles of ISO standards and help maintain and implement continuous improvements throughout the business.
Working closely with the Production team to maintain High Quality standards and help with Production administration tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Renew Audit schedule for year. Plan audits for coming month.
· Prepare for ISO9001 & ISO14001 re-certification.
· Review all Quality documents within the QMS relating to ISO9001.
· Review Environmental docs relating to EMS
· Conduct audits on process guides throughout the company.
· Report to MD on QM & EM Systems Quarterly meeting.
· Review all Production training material in preparation for coming processing season.
· Distribute Supplier Questionnaires to current suppliers and service providers.
· Distribute Hop Grower Documents to ALL hop suppliers.
· Produce Hop receipt and Inspection docs with moisture test sheets for incoming hop deliveries.
· Book on completed production paperwork with certificates, weekly production figures, update weight notes.
· Take oxygen readings as part of Quality checks in Freshpak production line.
· Conduct Glass & Brittle Plastics Quality checks.
· Environmental Site Inspection. (Monthly)
· Review GDPR and IT security docs- QC Index. Publish updated documents inc. Privacy Policy on website.
· Report EPR Packaging declaration to HMRC.
· Prepare for ISO9001 & ISO14001 re-certification
· Conduct Traceability Exercise on Hop Products
· Conduct Farm audits across Hop suppliers.
· Review HACCP Plan and all associated documents with HACCP team.
· Monitor Pest Control visits and related documents in folder. Monthly.
· Conduct Fire Alarm Testing- Friday 09:00.
What we’re looking for
· Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001,14001 & 27001
· Experience processing information and analysing data to produce accurate
reports
· Experience operating quality assurance systems and processes
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
