What would your day at GAC look like?
- Daily processing of high volumes of purchase invoices
- Coding of overhead invoices and coordinating authorisation
- Completing supplier reconciliations
- Accurately maintaining the purchase ledger
- Arranging supplier payments, including preparing BACS payment runs and arranging overseas payments
- Providing holiday cover for team members
- Additional ad-hoc duties to support the Finance Department
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in purchase ledger or similar experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications preferred
- Ability to work well within a team and to own initiative
