Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting for a Contract Digger Driver on behalf of a reputable Residential Construction company located in Oxfordshire. This role is vital in supporting various construction activities, involving the operation of 360 machinery to assist in excavation and groundwork tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling plant machinery, ensuring projects progress smoothly and on schedule. Attention to safety protocols, proper equipment maintenance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key expectations for this position.

Proven experience as a 360 Driver in a construction environment
Valid CPCS or NPORS Card for 360 Excavator operation
Knowledge of site safety procedures and risk assessments
Ability to undertake routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work
