Foundry Padel Club have an exciting opportunity for reformer/mat pilates instructors seeking to join a dynamic company supported by a passionate board of directors and investors.
Opening October 2026, the Foundry Padel Club will offer customers a warm social vibe with a 5 bed reformer pilates studio plus international spec padel courts, bar/cafe, ample car parking, changing rooms, work from home opportunities and retail shop.
We are now recruiting our team of pilates instructors who will be required to work on a shift/rota basis throughout the week.
You will need to hold a Level 3 qualification and demonstrate excellent communication skills with previous experience in a similar role of more than 1 year.
You'll be someone who is self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude who enjoys working within a team environment and also able to motivate others to sustain exceptional levels of service. Being organised, flexible and an adaptable approach to work and capable of working in a changing environment is key.
You’ll be keen to put the customer journey at the centre of everything you do, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires friendliness, speedy problem-solving ability and strong people skills.
