The Role
The role of Regional Sales Operations Specialist, as part of our Sales Operations team, is to support the sustained growth of the region by translating strategic objectives into effective operational execution. This role provides administration support, provides operational support for our training services, manages sales tools, supports sales teams, supports customers who have training requests and ensures sales workflows are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
The role also supports the Sales organization in navigating complex commercial processes by providing clear guidance on internal policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Acting as a key enabler of sales productivity, this position proactively manages operational activities to support our customers, owns the administration of a key activity (training) and reduces the time Sales teams spend on administrative and back‑office tasks, allowing them to focus on revenue‑generating efforts.
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills are essential, as Seequent operates in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and continuously align execution with evolving strategic goals is critical to success in this role.
Duties and responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operational processes supporting Blueprint (training) programs across the Geotechnical portfolio, ensuring consistent execution, stakeholder coordination, and high levels of customer engagement while supporting regional and global programs.
- Provide operational support for OpenGround and PLAXIS training services and Blueprint programs, including registration management, learner administration, training logistics, customer communications, and reporting activities supporting regional and global programs.
- Coordinate end-to-end administration of Open Enrolment training courses, including quote generation, order processing, approval workflows, customer onboarding, and invoicing coordination.
- Act as the primary operational contact for customers with procurement, vendor onboarding, purchase order, and invoicing requirements, ensuring timely resolution of administrative blockers that could impact training delivery, customer experience, or revenue realization.
- Support the operational administration of Professional Services engagements, including proposal coordination, project setup, reporting activities, invoicing processes, and compliance with applicable business procedures.
- Develop, document, and maintain operational procedures for training services, Blueprint programs, and Professional Services administration to ensure business continuity, scalability, and process consistency.
- Own and oversee CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, and governance across the region.
- Drive sales pipeline management, coordinating and supporting end‑to‑end sales transactions to ensure visibility, consistency, and forecast accuracy.
- Partner closely with Global Sales Operations, Seequent Information Services, and Commercial teams to analyse, document, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to Sales teams, with a strong focus on opportunity management, pipeline health, and successful deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with Sales stakeholders to manage leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless sales process.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, pricing, approvals, and CRM usage standards.
- Partner with leadership to translate business strategy into operational execution.
Qualifications, skills and core competencies

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations/support, administration or finance.
- Proven experience with sales/CRM, Excel and Power BI.
- Must be diligent in following due processes and procedures.
- Persistent, patient and innovative.
- Able to work independently, as well as be a team player.
- Quick-response capability.
- Able to multitask effectively and prioritize.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Customer focused, friendly and engaging.
