OIN THE TEAM AT THREE RIVERS COUNTRY CLUBAn exciting opportunity to join our growing fitness team

Three Rivers Country Club is about to embark on an exciting £90,000 refurbishment of our fitness facilities this September, and as part of this investment, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Fitness Coaches to join our small and friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the next chapter at Three Rivers Country Club, with significant investment going into our fitness facilities and member experience.

OUR FITNESS FACILITIES

Our gym provides a fantastic environment for members to train, develop and achieve their goals, including:

Boxing Studio
Functional Fitness Studio
Large Free Weights Area
Dedicated Cardio Zone
A range of modern training equipment
A friendly and supportive fitness environment

THE ROLE

As a Fitness Coach at Three Rivers Country Club, you will play an important role in supporting our members and delivering an outstanding fitness experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting gym inductions for new and existing members
Designing and delivering personalised training programmes
Supporting members with their fitness goals and helping them achieve results
Providing guidance and motivation across the gym floor
Maintaining excellent health and safety standards
Ensuring the gym floor is clean, safe, professional and welcoming
Teaching a variety of group exercise classes
Building positive relationships with members
Supporting the wider fitness team with the day-to-day running of the gym
Helping promote a positive and energetic club environment

PERSONAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITY

There is also the opportunity to develop your own Personal Training business within the club.

This provides the potential to build your own client base, develop long-term relationships with members and generate additional income through Personal Training.

Whether you are an experienced Personal Trainer looking to take the next step in your career, or a Fitness Coach looking for an exciting new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for people who are:

Passionate about health, fitness and helping others
Friendly, approachable and confident
Motivated and enthusiastic
Professional and reliable
Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
Confident delivering gym inductions and training programmes
Comfortable teaching fitness classes
Committed to delivering an excellent member experience

Relevant fitness qualifications are essential, with Level 2 Fitness Instructor and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications preferred.
