Experienced Veterinary Receptionist wanted for brand new independent practice in Godalming, Surrey
Pawprints Vets is opening soon, with local veterinary surgeon and owner, Steffi Galt. We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Team Leader, to help us build a practice that prioritises exceptional patient care, with a supportive team culture. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is excited at the prospect of shaping a brand new practice from the ground up, with unlimited potential for career development for the right person.
What we can offer:
- Competitive salary – £28,000-£32,500 per annum depending on experience
- Full-time role - 5 days per week initially (possible 4-day week option as team grows)
- No out-of-hours work; 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. Veterinary experience is essential for this role, along with strong communication skills, positivity, and excellent organisational capability. You should be confident with technology, detail oriented, and a natural problem solver.
