The transition from Trainee to Pharmacist is the biggest leap of your career. At Well Pharmacy we provide a structured clinical pathway. Through the Well Academy, we bridge the gap between registration and becoming a confident, Independent Prescriber (IP).
If you aren't yet IP-qualified, we provide the paid study days and Designated Supervisors to get you there.

The Buddy System: Five dedicated "Buddy Days" with an experienced pharmacist to guide you through your first shifts.

Main Responsibilities
Start you pharmacy career but joining our team's in the Stoke on Trent/ Staffordshire area as a relief pharmacist. This is the perfect role to expose you to a variety of pharmacies with different patient needs and footfall.
Successful candidates MUST drive and have access to a car.
The Ideal Candidate
Now you'll need an MPharm degree or equivalent and you'll need to have your GPHC registration upon your start date too.
