Position:

We are looking for a Raw Materials Planner to ensure products are purchased in an accurate and timely manner.

Materials Planning
Managing the purchasing of materials for the New Product Development team, ensuring that the right supplier is found, at the right price, first time
Reporting on waste and leading waste meetings
Responsible for supplier scorecards – ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in full whilst monitoring supplier performance
Purchasing packaging for the site
Administration and maintenance of supplier contracts
Cover for the Planning Team as and when required

Requirements:

A minimum of two years experience in materials planning
Experience of working in the food industry would be beneficial
Strong Excel skills
Experience in withing with MRP Systems (M3 would be preferred)
Confident in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
