Looking for a Weekend Job? Join Our Team!

MLB Medical & Dental Care is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at our private medical and dental clinic in Bury St Edmunds (IP32 7AZ, Suffolk).

Weekend Availability is Essential!

This position is primarily for weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays), making it ideal if you are looking for additional income or a flexible weekend role.

We offer 80–120 hours per month, with a choice of 12-hour shifts or half-day shifts. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not required.

Medical Receptionist

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

Welcome patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Promote a professional image of the practice.
Schedule appointments and manage the reception desk.
Answer telephone calls in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
Carry out basic administrative duties, including scanning and handling patient documentation.
