Location: Hazel Grove
Hours: Day Shift (Between 7:00am – 7:00pm) - Various shifts available.
Type: Full-time / Part-time (to be discussed)

We are one of the biggest taxi companies in Manchester, committed to providing reliable and efficient transport services to our customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and professional Call Centre Operators to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling bookings, queries and ensuring smooth communication between customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Take and manage taxi bookings accurately using our dispatch system
Provide customers with fare estimates and journey information
Dispatch jobs to drivers efficiently
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback
Monitor driver locations and ensure timely pickups
Maintain clear and accurate records of bookings and communications

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills and ability to learn booking systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous call centre or taxi office experience is preferred but not essential

Working Hours:

Full-time and part-time roles available
Must be available to work at least 2 days out of Friday, Saturday and Sunday
