Full job description

WE'RE HIRING: Marketing Assistant
Breaking Brands Management, Cardiff, Part-time, 20 hrs/week

Think you could run better socials than half the brands you follow? Good. We want to see it.

Breaking Brands is the Cardiff-based group behind Coyote Ugly Saloon UK, Temple Bar, Jack Murphy's, One Eyed Willy's, Filthy McNasty's and more. We're building brands people actually want to be part of, and we need someone who can make that come alive online.

This is an assisting role, content-focused. You'll be the extra pair of hands across our marketing team, mainly content, socials and graphics, but pitching in wherever the team needs it. You'll get exposure to paid ads, analytics, SEO and campaign strategy along the way.

What you'll be doing:

Making scroll-stopping content: reels, stories, graphics, for some seriously different brands.
Building campaign artwork that looks polished
Running the day-to-day socials: posting, replying, keeping communities alive
Spotting trends early and making them ours before everyone else does
Fuelling bookings, brunches, launches and events across the group
Supporting the wider team on whatever's needed: paid ad creative, website updates, email campaigns, reporting, a genuine chance to learn every side of the job

You'll fit right in if you:

Have a genuine eye: You know instantly if something looks good
Can switch tone between brands without losing the thread
Move fast, hit deadlines, don't need chasing
Are happy to muck in beyond your core remit. This is a small team, everyone helps everyone
Bonus points: can edit video, know hospitality/nightlife, or just live on TikTok
