Job Description: Drum Teacher - Sundays 9am to 4pm
We are a small independent music school running from St Pirans School in Maidenhead on a Sunday. We have a fantastic team of musicians working for us in a self-employed manner and we are now looking for an experienced drum teacher to join us as our current tutor is relocating. Great students all hardworking and focused.
Duties:
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and general progression.
Qualifications/requirements:
- Music related qualification e.g BA/Diploma/Grade 8/experience in your instrument
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Sundays 9am to 4pm, Term Time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Maidenhead: reliably commute
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year
- Experience as drum tutor
- Confident working with exam syllabuses
