We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, supporting a portfolio of property management clients. You'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Role

Maintain purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations and payment runs.
Process invoices, receipts and client transactions accurately.
Support month-end processes and assist with management accounts.
Resolve client queries and build strong working relationships.
Ensure financial records are accurate and deadlines are met.
Help improve processes and maintain strong financial controls

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within property, outsourced finance or a multi-client environment.
Strong understanding of purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations and payments.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
Experience using accounting software and good Excel skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
