Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Barista at our vibrant cafe located in the heart of the city. We are looking for a passionate individual with a love for coffee and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve an array of hot and cold beverages, such as coffees and teas, with precision and care.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment proficiently to brew high-quality beverages.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the cafe by regularly cleaning equipment and service areas.
- Assist in food preparation and serving tasks as necessary to support the team.
- Manage cash transactions diligently, ensuring precise till management at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a related position is mandatory.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and regulations is advantageous.
- Proficient time management skills to navigate busy periods effectively.
- Basic maths proficiency for accurate handling of cash transactions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting while delivering top-notch customer service.
