Role: Weekend Administrator / Receptionist
Location: Beauchamp House, Village Road, Hatch Beauchamp, Taunton, TA3 6SG
Pay: £12.85 per hour
Hours: 14 hours per week
Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 - 16:30
Come and join our team at Beauchamp house, our beautiful care home located in Hatch Beauchamp, on the outskirts of Taunton.
You’ll be able to support our residents in a safe and caring environment where they can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home.
What you will be doing:
- First point of contact reception duties – dealing with both calls and visitors to the home, including family members and external medical professionals
- Conducting morning and afternoon welfare checks on our residents.
- Dealing with external suppliers regarding quotes, deliveries and invoices/statements.
- Providing invoices for payment to our Head Office finance team
- Support the Home Manager with recruitment admin – ensuring correct candidate documents are obtained, references are sought and DBS checks are submitted
Who we are looking for:
- Current experience in an administration role
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
- Well organised and with the ability to prioritise.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
