Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Relations Manager to elevate the guest experience and foster a welcoming atmosphere. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will help create memorable stays and build lasting relationships. Multilingual abilities and excellent communication skills are essential to connect with diverse guests and enhance their overall experience.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the establishment
Address guest inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and hospitality skills
Resolve guest concerns efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for service excellence
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill special requests and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, feedback, and service requests to improve future experiences
Assist in organizing guest events or activities that promote engagement and loyalty
Train and mentor team members on guest service standards, emphasizing hospitality best practices and multilingual communication

Experience

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality environments, with a strong focus on guest services and relations
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries professionally
Familiarity with hospitality management systems and guest service software is preferred
Prior experience managing a team or supervising guest relations staff is advantageous
Knowledge of hotel operations, amenities, and local attractions enhances the guest experience
