The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead our Warranty, Technical Support, and Parts, Garments & Accessories (PGA) departments.

This is an opportunity to build something exceptional.

You'll have the autonomy to improve systems, develop your people, raise standards and create an after-sales operation that becomes a genuine competitive advantage.

As part of the senior leadership team, you'll influence the future direction of the business while ensuring every customer and dealer receives an outstanding ownership experience.

You'll create an operation where:

Dealers receive industry-leading support.
Customers become lifelong advocates of the CFMOTO brand.
Warranty decisions are fast, fair and consistent.
Technical support is trusted, knowledgeable and responsive.
PGA delivers an outstanding experience from enquiry to delivery.
Your teams are engaged, accountable and continually improving.
Continuous improvement becomes part of the culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Warranty, Technical Support and PGA departments.
Develop, mentor and inspire your teams.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
Improve systems, processes and communication.
Work closely with factory partners to improve product quality and technical support.
Use data and customer feedback to drive better performance.
Strengthen relationships with our dealer network.
Contribute to the strategic growth of the business as part of the leadership team.
