We’re looking for a Kitchen Fitter to join our Planned Repairs Team on a full-time, permanent basis. We’d love to hear from you if carpentry is your core trade, with experience fitting kitchens, as most of your work will focus on full kitchen replacements and planned refurbishments. You’ll be based in Swansea, mainly working on planned maintenance. Skills in plumbing or other trades would be a bonus, as you’ll support with associated works like fitting sinks, taps, and basic pipework as part of kitchen installs. Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Swansea, with most of your work covering the Haverfordwest to Neath Port Talbot area — keeping your days varied and on the move.

About the role
- Prioritise your core trade — carpentry, with a particular focus on full kitchen refits from removal to installation

Skills and experience needed
- City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in Carpentry (or significant experience)
- Proven experience in kitchen fitting and carpentry in domestic settings
- Basic plumbing skills relevant to kitchen installations
- Confidence working in people’s homes with a professional, courteous approach
- Willingness to support other trades when required
- Flexible, positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
- Full UK driving licence
Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems – but not essential.
