Livestock Wash Operatives – Longtown CA6 5LY

At WM Armstrong, we pride ourselves on our safe working environment, our excellent culture of teamwork and our strong family values.

We are currently looking for a Livestock Vehicle Wash Operative to join our Livestock team based in Longtown, working around 40-45 hours per week, from Monday to Friday with some weekend working as required.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect livestock vehicles
Yard duties to ensure a clean workspace
Ensure compliance with livestock regulations
Communicate effectively with colleagues and teams as required

Requirements

Experience and knowledge of Livestock and/or farming background is preferred, but not essential.
Ability to work unsupervised, or as part of a wider team, and be able to use your own initiative
