Full job description

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our busy sales team. The ideal candidate for this position has experience of dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face.

This involves dealing with customer requests, providing quotations and information such as stock availability, delivery dates and prices.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and carry out sales activities to meet customer requirements.

2. Maintain existing and source new customers through planned account support.

3. Respond, follow up and document sales calls.

4. Process quotations/sales orders

5. Coordinate with other company functions, as required.

6. Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
