You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role
We are currently recruiting IP Pharmacists to support and expand our pharmacies offering across Glasgow.
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Independent Prescriber Pharmacist to join our growing healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical services, undertake patient assessments, prescribe within their scope of competence, and support the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Pharmacist who is sitting the exam this summer or any experienced Pharmacist who has recently qualified with their Independent Prescribing and would like to join a business who will help support them to get the most out of it.
This role reports directly to the Area Operations Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold an MPharm degree (or equivalent)
-
Be registered with the GPhC (or PSNI) by your start date
-
Have management experience (desirable but not essential)

Be flexible and confident working across different pharmacy locations
-
Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (depending on geographical coverage)
