We are looking for an ambitious Designer to join our Global Marketing team and help bring these brands to life.
The Role
- This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Reporting directly to the Global Design & Brand Lead, you will work across EL&N London and our sister brands on projects spanning digital, print, packaging, campaigns, social media, in-store communications and international markets.
- You will be expected to take ownership of your work, solve problems independently and work confidently from brief through to delivery.
- Attention to detail is essential. You should naturally notice inconsistencies in typography, spacing, alignment, copy and artwork, and take responsibility for thoroughly checking your work before it is released.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Working closely with the Global Design & Brand Lead and wider Global Marketing team, you will:
- Maintain the visual integrity of EL&N and our wider portfolio of brands
- Create assets across social media, digital marketing, advertising and in-store communications
- Design printed materials including menus, flyers, posters, stationery and promotional collateral
- Produce packaging, large-format graphics, hoardings and event artwork
- Develop concepts and creative collateral for seasonal campaigns and activations
- Retouch, resize and manipulate imagery to produce polished, pixel-perfect visuals
- Create simple illustrations, GIFs and AI-generated imagery where appropriate
- Update and maintain printed and digital menus across our global markets
- Create and manage e-newsletter designs and content
- Maintain branded presentations, stationery, and internal documents
- Support updates to EL&N’s UK and global websites
- Liaise with printers and suppliers, preparing accurate production-ready artwork
Day-to-Day could look like…
- Designing content for digital menu screens
- Updating printed and digital menus
- Creating static or animated social media assets
- Building customer newsletters in Mailchimp
- Editing branded presentations and marketing collateral
- Preparing artwork for store openings, events and hoardings
- Updating content across EL&N’s websites
- Liaising with printers and suppliers as well as placing print orders
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience within an in-house, corporate or design studio role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout and visual design
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat
- Experience producing work across both print and digital
- Artworking experience across packaging and large-format print
- Confidence taking projects from concept through to final artwork
- Strong image editing, retouching and resizing skills
- Excellent spelling, grammar, copywriting and attention to detail
- Strong organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills
- A proactive, self-starting approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Confidence working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
- Understanding of production specifications and print-ready artwork
- An interest in AI and emerging creative technology
- Some experience using generative AI tools for image creation
